Suhavi Producer Company Limited (also known as Suhavi Farmers Producer Company) is an agricultural producer company based in Village Kangar, Nurpur Bedi, Rupnagar, Punjab, incorporated on June 29, 2018. We work with local farmers to bring natural, farm-processed products such as jaggery, millet, turmeric powder, cow ghee, honey, mustard oil, and dried curry leaf directly to consumers.

2. Product Information

We describe our products as natural, farm-based, and minimally processed, reflecting the sustainable and chemical-conscious farming practices we encourage among our associated farmers. Unless a specific product is expressly labelled as "certified organic" with a valid certification mark, our use of terms such as "natural," "chemical-conscious," or "farm-fresh" does not constitute an organic certification claim. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, weights, and prices on the Site are accurate, but slight variations in colour, texture, or aroma may occur, as our products are derived from natural agricultural produce.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock; in such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or UPI credentials on our servers.

5. Shipping & Returns

Shipping timelines and charges are governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including our name, logo, images, and text, is the property of Suhavi Producer Company Limited and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Suhavi Producer Company Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

9. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, any complaints or concerns regarding orders or use of the Site may be directed to our Grievance Officer at the contact details below. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.

10. Governing Law
