Since many of our products (such as ghee, honey, and mustard oil) are freshly packed in small batches, processing may occasionally take slightly longer during high-demand periods; we will inform you if there is any significant delay.

2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:

●       Within Punjab: [2–4] business days

●       Rest of India: [4–8] business days

●       Remote or non-serviceable pin codes may require additional time, or in rare cases may not be serviceable by our courier partners.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, regional restrictions, courier network issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. We may offer free shipping above a minimum order value, as displayed on the Site from time to time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp so you can follow your shipment's progress.

5. Packaging

We pack all products, including liquids such as honey and mustard oil, securely to minimise the risk of leakage or damage in transit. Please inspect your package on delivery and report any visible damage to the outer packaging to the delivery agent, if possible.

6. Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.
