Suhavi Producer Company Limited (also known as Suhavi Farmers Producer Company) is an agricultural enterprise based in Village Kangar, Nurpur Bedi, Rupnagar, Punjab, located in the foothills of the Shivalik range. The company was incorporated on June 29, 2018, in Village Kangar, Post Office Basali, Rupnagar, Punjab, with the objective of empowering farmers, improving agricultural practices, and creating opportunities through value-added farming.
The Shivalik foothill region provides unique advantages for agriculture, including fertile alluvial soil, good natural drainage, and a balanced mineral composition. These soil characteristics support healthy crop growth, enhance the natural aroma and quality of produce, and are especially suitable for cultivating medicinal and aromatic plants. The relatively less polluted environment and natural ecosystem of the region further contribute to producing cleaner and more natural agricultural products.
